Return Policy

TimeMug is committed to excellent quality standards. Before we ship our TimeMug products, we use quality control measures to insure that all our products are defect free. If in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or with a defect, we will refund the full price of your purchase, less shipping and handling charges.

Here are the return policy protocols for making a return:

1. Call 888.750.8864 or email our customer service at cs@timemug.com organization immediately for a return authorization number. Return the TimeMug postage prepaid in its original condition for a refund, credit or exchange, whichever you prefer.
2. The return authorization number needs to be clearly marked on the package for TimeMug to accept the return. Packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days of receiving the product.
3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, and the cost for us to ship exchanged items. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D.'s or packages returned without a return authorization number.
4. If possible, TimeMug would appreciate knowing the reason for the return so that we may continually improve our products.
