Shipping Policy

Our customer service staff will calculate the shipping charges based upon your selections above. You'll see your shipping charge listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. TimeMug will use the carrier of your choice. If you have a current account number, please provide this number to our customer service organization and they will use your preferred carrier. However, if you do not make a preference, we will ship most TimeMug orders via UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service.

Confirming Your Order Accuracy
Upon receiving your TimeMug order, please check the packing slip included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at our fulfillment center, we may have to split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

Tracking Your Order
If you have not yet received your order yet and think that you should have by now, please contact our customer service department where you will receive updated availability information, estimated delivery dates and tracking numbers as soon as the carrier has made them available.
